1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TIF.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Harass others

  • Use fake identities

  • Share illegal or explicit content

  • Spam users

  • Engage in harmful or dangerous behavior

4. Coaches

Coaches using TIF are independent individuals and are not employees, representatives, or agents of TIF.

TIF does not guarantee certifications, qualifications, or results.

5. Real-World Meetings

Users are solely responsible for interactions and meetings with others.

TIF is not responsible for injuries, damages, disputes, or incidents occurring outside the platform.

6. Subscriptions

TIF may offer:

  • 7-day free trial

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

  • One-time purchases

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.

7. Payments

Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective terms.

8. Termination

TIF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TIF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec.
